- The team is structured to effectively manage the diverse domains of Food Safety, Sustainability, and certificates. We have dedicated individuals who specialise in each area, allowing us to effectively address the specific needs of each domain.
- Within each domain, we have project managers who oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- The team also includes subject matter experts who possess in-depth knowledge of AMS, Customer Connect, Agriculture, Safety Quality & Sustainability systems. These experts provide valuable insights and guidance for our projects in these areas.
- In addition to domain-specific roles, we have cross-functional teams that collaborate on broader initiatives such as process improvement, innovation projects or customer engagement programs.
